Today is Jon’s 43rd birthday. Wow! Happy birthday!
Started the process of adding captures of Jon’s episode of Unsung to the gallery. There are some great images in this episode. So be sure to check these captures out.
The media section of Jon B Land is now open! I have added a few videos that I’ve had in my collection for a long time. More videos will be added along the way. You can access the media section using the link on the right side bar titled The Network. Enjoy these classic clips of Jon!
The plans are to bring Jon B Land back online in 2017. Things will be overhauled in the next few weeks. The gallery will start to be updated again. Yes…it’s coming back. So be on the look out.
I have a lot to get caught up on regarding Jon’s appearances in the last couple of years. So I’m starting tonight with a gallery update.
The following albums were added to the gallery: 2013 – 1st Annual Legends Beyond Gala – Arrivals (HQ image), 2013 Soul Train Music Awards – Performance, 2013 Soul Train Music Awards – Arrivals.
Twenty years later, Jon B. is touring more than ever.
The R&B crooner played more than 100 dates in 2013 and is on track to play a similar number this year.
“I’m touring more now than I was when I had hit singles on the radio,” he says during a recent interview. “I love what I do and to be able to be going this strong so many years later. It’s a blessing.”
Jon B., born Jon Buck, became a staple on the charts in the 1990s beginning with his first single “Someone To Love,” which featured Babyface. During that time, he also had a hit song with Tupac Shakur and a handful of solo hits.
